Roti Canai

Flatbread made of flour to be eaten with curry sauce, sugar or condensed milk.

Satay Beef or Chicken

Marinated beef or chicken, skewered with bamboo sticks, satay is a delicacy served with special peanut sauce, cucumbers and fresh onions.

Penang Asam Laksa

Flaky, sour sweet and tangy fish base soup rice noodle served and garnished with mint, onions, cucumber, pineapples and ginger buds.

Hainanese Chicken Rice

A dish prepared traditionally to maintain the tenderness of the chicken, it is served with specially flavored rice, ginger sauce, chili sauce and garnished with freshly sliced cucumber.

Coconut Rice (Nasi Lemak)

Steamed rice cooked with coconut milk served with chicken or beef curry of your choice, crispy anchovies, egg, sliced cucumber and roasted peanuts.

Fried Flat Noodle (Char Koay Teow)

Stir fried flat noodle with bean sprouts, egg, shrimp, fish cakes, garlic, chives in light brown sauce.

Braised Malay Noodle (Mee Rebus)

Braised yellow noodle, bean sprouts served with egg, shrimps, tofu, fritters garnished with green jalapeno pepper, lime and fried shallots.

Malaysian Noodle

Stir fried small rice noodles served with egg, fish ball, fish cakes, bean sprout, Chinese broccoli and garnished with cucumber, tomato, boiled egg, spring onions, fried shallots and our famous Malaysian sambal (chili paste).

Coconut Curry Crab

Typical Malay style curry crabs, taste best with steamed rice.
